    • Developing, tracking and monitoring of key performance indicators (earned value analysis, client satisfaction, teaming partner’s performance, overall performance of team, risk management, quality, safety, claims, etc.)

  • Experience

    Experience 

    Focus in the AEC market has been for concessionaires/ developers , contractors, enginnering firms and owners in both the public and private sectors for trasportation, buildings and infrastructure markets. 

     

    Have been traveling throughout the US and in parts of Canada for business development, operations and projects for the last 20 years and have worked in 36 states. Understand the market, clients and competition. 

     

    Have been working in the Alternative Delivery (AD) market for the last 29 years in North America. Have worked on 43 AD projects with a total construction value of $29B. Have worked on nine P3 transportation projects valued at $11.0B.

     

    Have held various assignments and positions on seven AD, GEC and PEC contracts representing the owner wiith a combined value of $13.0B, including ADOT Management Consultant Contract for the East Papago, Hohokam and Sky Harbor Access Project, ADOT GEC Contract for Proposition 300 in Maricopa County, Trunk Highway 212 Design Build, in Chaska, MN, Tappan Zee Hudson River Crossing project Design Build in NYS. I-17 Design Build in Phownix AZ, and San Diego Regional Airport Authority SAN Terminal Airport Improvement Program from 1991-2012. 

     

    Am an expert in establishing positive client relationships which have included identifying target clients and opportunities, meeting with decision makers and influencers to understand client needs/objectives; identify key issues important to clients “hotbuttons" and facilitating effective engagement between clients and company operations. 

     

    Over the last 41 years have been developing win strategies which have included understanding the client decision process, who the decision makers will be and developing win strategies focused on the best approach to deliver client value. 

     

    Have successfully led the proposal and interview preparation process that were focused on defined win strategies. Have owned the proposal process, working closely with operations and proposals partners, leading team development of presentations and effectively coaching our presentation teams.
